HomeTrak is owned and operated by a team with well over 25 years of experience in the private duty homecare industry. It is this depth of experience and commitment that builds this superior software to enable you to meet your business challenges.

HomeTrak is owned by Rick Morey, Alex Kapteyn and Ray Kapteyn. It was 2001 when they began marketing HomeTrak, and now have over 1,000 satisfied and loyal customers in the United States, Canada and Europe.

Rick Morey has been in the home care business since 1993. He owned a large home care company in CA and AZ which had annual sales of $6,000,000. He sold this company to a venture capital company in 2000 and started a new home care company in Las Vegas NV. Soon thereafter he began HomeTrak with Alex and Ray Kapteyn and, in 2002, sold his Las Vegas company. Now Morey focuses solely on the business of HomeTrak, and in helping others succeed with home care management software.

Alex and Ray Kapteyn have also been involved with home care since the early 90’s. They are computer programmers and were pioneers in the development of telephony time keeping systems for home care companies. In fact that was how they originally met Rick Morey. Their long time involvement in the home care industry has been crucial to the success of the company, and to its customers.

Rick Morey is from San Diego, CA and has lived there all of his life.  Rick is a charter member of the National Private Duty Home Care Association and was a long time member of the NPDA board of directors.
