Multiple pricing options help fit your needs

Choose the one that fits into your business

HomeTrak will save you money and time, so we offer several purchase options that are right for you:

Rental Program

The HomeTrak system can be rented for:

  • $250 per month for one office
  • Additional offices cost $175 per month per office
  • No up front costs or setup fees

The monthly cost is paid in advance and the operator can use the system indefinitely. A six month rental agreement is required. However after six months rent can be on a month to month basis. This is an all inclusive price unless technical support limits are exceeded.

Rental price includes the software, licensing fee, 3 hours of technical support each month per office (each call 15 minute minimum) for the first year, 1 hour of technical support in subsequent years, free software updates and a training/help system which consists of interactive training videos and a setup manual. Additional technical support over the plan levels outlined above costs an additional $80.00 per hour, 15 minute minimum charge.

Purchase Program

A HomeTrak license can be purchased for $5,000 in advance and $1,000 each year thereafter. Licenses for additional offices under the same ownership are $3,000. This price includes the software, 3 hours of technical support each month per office (each call 15 minute minimum) for the first year, free software updates, and a training/help system which consists of interactive training videos and a setup manual.

The required annual licensing fee of $1,000 per office ($800 for each additional office) provides for one (1) hour of technical support each month per office (each call 15 minute minimum) and free software updates. Additional technical support above the plan levels outlined above will cost an additional $80.00 per hour, 15 minute minimum charge.

After two years of use, this purchase becomes less expensive than the rental option. In addition HomeTrak allows rental of the HomeTrak system for three (3) months and that amount ($750) can be applied to the $5,000 for a final payment of only $4,250.

Small Company Program

Lease the HomeTrak system for:

  • 15 or less clients: $150 per month instead of $250 per month
  • Helpful documents and information for startups are available free of charge

A new/small company (fewer than 16 clients) may lease HomeTrak for $150 per month ($250 for the first month) until acquiring 16 active clients, at which time the company agrees to lease HomeTrak for $250 per month. This rental price includes the software, licensing fee, three (3) hours for the first month and one (1) thereafter of technical support, free software updates, and a training/help system. This program also allows the election of applying $850 of lease cost toward the $5,000 purchase price.

Multiple Offices

Large multi-office companies will be charged according to agreed upon terms.

Telephony

There is a one time set up charge of $500.00 which includes your own toll free number, set up, and training. There are no extra phone lines required for telephony or any extra hardware to purchase.

The ongoing cost is based on phone usage. Using the base features of telephony, the average cost is $0.13 per call.
