Learning how to use HomeTrak is easy and is done on your own timeline.

HomeTrak is designed to require very little training from our users. From a cost standpoint it was essential that we developed a training system that works well, so you aren’t frustrated and eliminates the need to send staff to your office. In response to this, we have developed an excellent program backed up with video help files and interactive tutorials.

By following the instructions, and watching the HomeTrak interactive tutorial training movies, you will be guided through the entire implementation process. In addition our staff is available to answer any questions over the phone.
